This Cleaner Contractor Agreement governs the relationship between Simply Clean Maid Service and independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaner," "Contractor," "you") who apply to and accept jobs through our platform.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Simply Clean. You control how, when, and whether you accept individual jobs, subject to the availability and service-area preferences you set in your dashboard.
Before accepting jobs, applicants must complete the platform's onboarding process, including identity verification, a background-check authorization, and a training quiz. Simply Clean reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information on any application at its discretion.
Once approved, you may accept or decline job offers matched to your service area, availability, and qualifications. When you accept a job, you agree to arrive within the scheduled window, complete the associated checklist, and follow the safety guidelines outlined in our Safety Guidelines policy.
Unless otherwise noted on a specific job, cleaners are responsible for providing their own cleaning equipment and supplies appropriate to the service type.
You will be paid for completed jobs according to the rate shown at the time you accepted the job, minus any applicable platform fees. Payouts are issued according to the schedule and method configured in your dashboard.
Communicate with customers only through the platform's in-app messaging, and only while a job is active. Do not request or share personal contact information with customers outside the platform.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally, respect customer property, and report any damage, safety issues, or incidents immediately through the app. Repeated complaints, policy violations, or failed background checks may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Either party may end this relationship at any time. Simply Clean may suspend or deactivate a Contractor account for violations of this Agreement, applicable law, or platform policies.
