These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of simplycleanmaidsvc.com and the Simply Clean platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account, whether as a customer or a cleaning professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Simply Clean operates a platform that connects customers seeking cleaning services with independent cleaning professionals. Simply Clean is not itself a party to the cleaning service performed and does not employ cleaning professionals directly.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by providing false information, circumventing the platform to transact outside of it, harassing other users, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Bookings, pricing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Customer Service Agreement, Payment Authorization, and Cancellation Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The platform is provided "as is." While we vet cleaning professionals through identity verification and background checks, Simply Clean does not guarantee the conduct or performance of any individual professional and is not liable for their actions, subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Clean's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
